Founded by Ian McCairns and Gary Marshall in the summer of 2025, Ingentro Consultancy provides specialist consulting services to grow your golf club, or specific areas of your operation such as food & beverage support services for the UK golf industry.

Our expertise spans business planning, operational improvement, and strategic development — all focused on driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering service excellence.

We started Ingentro because we care about helping golf clubs become better places to play, work, and belong. We’ve seen first-hand how the right guidance, culture, and operational approach can transform a club — not just financially, but in terms of atmosphere, energy, and community.
