Part Two- Our Vision
Part Two-
Our vision for the Rear Entrance and Halfway House at Walmley Golf Club.
As part of our consultancy at Walmley Golf Club, we reviewed how the outdoor areas, rear clubhouse entrance and the halfway house could be improved to create a stronger clubhouse atmosphere and a better overall experience for members and visitors.
This wasn’t about major building work — it was about lighting, planting, seating, layout, branding and creating a better sense of arrival and atmosphere around the clubhouse and on the golf course.
The halfway house was another area where relatively simple improvements could significantly improve presentation, service, and revenue opportunities during busy golf days, competitions and events.(potential sponsorship opportunities)
The aim of projects like this is not just aesthetic improvement, but to:
Encourage members to stay after golf
Increase use of the clubhouse and terrace
Improve first impressions for visitors and functions
Improve the halfway house experience on the course
Create a more social atmosphere at the club
Support food, beverage and event revenue
Make the clubhouse feel like the social hub of the club
At Ingentro, a big part of our work with golf clubs is helping them see what their facilities could become, not just what they currently are.
Sometimes it’s not about rebuilding a clubhouse — it’s about improving how the spaces are used.
“If your golf club is looking to improve its clubhouse, operations, member experience or overall financial performance, please get in touch. Through operational reviews, supplier analysis and efficiency improvements, we often help clubs improve standards while also reducing costs.”
